Conloq service and billing terms

Conloq is a product of Tenexeon, operated by Gordon Olson as an individual. Contact the Conloq Team at support@tenexeon.com about your account or billing. These terms describe the current offer; the plan, payer and recurring billing terms you review and accept in Conloq govern your purchases. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes shown at checkout.

Use only accounts, domains and resources you are authorized to access. Company membership, provider authorization, Room participation and agent permissions are separate. A paid subscription does not grant access to another person’s mail, personal space or company resources. Connected services and independently operated agents retain their own terms and permissions.

Personal core with connected personal Google or Microsoft email is free, with one shared 5 decimal GB allowance across your personal connections and devices. No card or trial is required for free signup. A paid subscription is required to create a company or add custom domains. A company pays for each sponsored human seat; mailboxes, aliases, devices and agents are not extra seats. Each paid human seat has a separate, unpooled company allowance.

Company and custom-domain plans cost $29 per human per calendar month, or $319 paid up front for 12 calendar months. Monthly base is billed in advance on the first of each UTC calendar month; the first partial month and added seats are prorated. Added annual seats co-term to the existing annual renewal. Agents voice costs $1 per usable Room-hour, calculated by exact seconds with one clock per Room. Human-only meetings and unusable voice service have no Agents voice charge. Extra retained storage is $0.50 per started extra GB per month above the included allowance: 5.001 GB requires one extra GB and 6.001 GB requires two. Each additional GB is added and charged in full as soon as it is needed, with no prorating, and renews monthly. Deleting data or using less storage does not refund the current month’s charge. If your storage use drops, unused extra GB are removed automatically at the next monthly renewal.

Paid subscriptions include automatic billing for Agents voice and extra storage within their scope, with no separate feature opt-in. On the free personal plan, add a payment method and accept recurring personal billing terms once to cover both. A saved card alone does not replace that acceptance. Personal usage stays with its own payer; company sponsorship does not automatically pay for personal usage or personal custom domains. Annual base plans still bill Agents voice monthly and renew extra storage monthly.

Subscriptions renew until canceled. Review the payer, price, taxes, renewal date, allowance and usage terms before confirming. Paid purchases are limited to supported countries. Stripe identifies the seller or merchant of record and payment details at checkout. Service activation follows verified payment and entitlement reconciliation; a checkout return page alone does not activate paid access.

Cancel future renewals through Conloq billing. Ordinary cancellation, seat reductions and billing-interval changes take effect at the current paid term’s end. There is no automatic unused-period refund, subject to mandatory customer rights and explicitly granted credits. Review Cancellation & refunds for overcharges, immediate closure and original-payer settlement. Existing accepted agreements, prepaid periods and invoices retain their original terms until an explicitly accepted change; legacy collection thresholds do not replace the current offer’s monthly usage rules.

The Privacy Policy describes data processing, connected services and deletion requests. Do not send passwords or provider tokens to support. Service and connection availability depend on the application, account permissions and provider availability; no numerical uptime, delivery or support-response guarantee is made here. Material changes requiring acceptance must be presented before relying on that acceptance. Mandatory customer rights are preserved.
